Where the mind is without fear
And the head is held high;
Where the knowledge is free;
Where the world has not been broken up
Into fragments by narrow domestic walls;
Where the words come out from
the depth of truth;
Where tireless striving stretches its arms
towards perfection;
Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way into the dream desert sand of dead habits;
Where the mind is led forward by thee
Into ever-widening thought and action;
Into that heaven of freedom, my father,
Let my country awake.

                                                      collected by: RajaRangaMurali

Oh ! hidden life,vibrant in every atom;
Oh! hidden light,shining in every creature;
Oh! hidden love,embracing all in oneness;
May each you,who feels himself as one with thee;
Know he is also one with every other;

 Oh! My God!

When I asked God for strength,

He gave me difficult situations to face.

When I asked God for brain and brawn,
He gave me puzzles to solve.

When I asked God for happiness,
He showed me some unhappy people to serve.

When I asked God to wealth,
He showed me how to work hard.

When I asked for favors,
He showed me opportunities to work hard.

When I asked God for peace,
He showed me how to help others.

God gave me, nothing I wanted,
He gave me every thing I needed.
